Relocating from NYC and the Hamptons was certainly an adventure.  Coming up to the mountains where people enjoyed the history, the mountains, lakes, friendliness of the people, the farms, organic products was a pleasant surprise.  I was a 'weekender' in the beginning, but missed the sweet smell of the air, the quietness of my surroundings, the relaxed energy that I was feeling every time I returned to the city.  So, 20 years ago, I packed my belongings and stayed on permanently.  Never have I regretted this decision. I am an Acupuncturist trained in NYC.  I began my practice here while developing an interest in real estate.  I thought it would be awesome to bring the calmness and less stress one feels after an acupuncture treatment to people who were thinking of purchasing homes.  We all know how stressful that can be! I developed a resource list of the best painters, handy people, electricians, plumbers, loan officers, banks, attorneys, etc, etc. All to make my clients feel more comfortable with making decisions that would work.  I am with you the entire journey from start to the closing and then some! I am always here to answer your calls and help you out.  That is what I do -- make sure you always have a 'friend' you can reach out to. It does not end at the closing table.
